This Sunday, Pastor Jay wrapped up the mini-series on “How To…”. The final message was about How to Pray. The steps on praying included: Pray to the Father, Come with Thanksgiving, Ask for Things in Accordance with His Will, Ask for Forgiveness, Listen for God’s Response, and Ask in Jesus’ Name.

Pastor Jay continued this mini series on “How To…”. This week’s message was on How to Forgive. The four steps that Pastor Jay brought were: (1) Know That You Have Been Forgiven, (2) Know That Forgiveness is not Impossible, (3) Forgiveness is Demonstrated by God, and (4) Forgiveness Starts with Jesus.

The four steps he outlined were: (1) Recognize and Confess Your Sin, (2) Understand that Repentance is a Response to God’s Kindness and Love, (3) Feel Godly Grief and Turn Away from Sin, and (4) Move Toward God.
